[00:00:00] Hello and welcome to the Caffeinated Musings podcast. I'm your host Bilal and I'm absolutely
[00:00:04] thrilled to kick off this year's journey with you. But before we dive in, let me wish you a Happy
[00:00:12] New Year 2025. Here's to a year filled with growth, breakthroughs, and those little moments of joy
[00:00:19] that make life worth celebrating. Let me throw this at you. How often have you made decisions based
[00:00:25] on fear? Fear of not having enough time, money, energy, or even recognition. It's sneaky, isn't it?
[00:00:32] Like a shadow, always there, quietly influencing what you choose to do. But what if we could
[00:00:39] recognize that voice and choose to see possibilities instead of limitations? Think about it. Maybe it's
[00:00:46] why you hesitated on a passion project or kept saying yes to everything, driven by fear that
[00:00:52] opportunities are fleeting. We've all been there, haunted by that voice whispering,
[00:00:58] what if it's not enough? What if I'm not enough? But here's the thing, what if we could flip the script?
[00:01:05] What if instead of fixating on what we lack, you started seeing possibilities? That's the power of
[00:01:12] shifting from a scarcity mindset to an abundance mindset. And let me tell you, this shift isn't just
[00:01:19] a subtle change in thinking. It's a transformation that can redefine how we approach life, leadership,
[00:01:25] and success. Here's a secret for you. Starting this podcast was my own battle with scarcity thinking.
[00:01:34] It wasn't just about hitting a record. It was about stepping into a bigger, more vulnerable space.
[00:01:39] I'd hear the dark side whispering, what if no one listens? What if it's not good enough?
[00:01:46] But last year, I made a personal oath. To silence those doubts, to trust in my skills and expertise,
[00:01:53] and most importantly, to give it a shot. Even if failure was a possibility, I chose to try rather
[00:02:00] than let fear hold me back. And here I am sharing this with you. So in today's episode, we're diving
[00:02:08] deep into the scarcity mindset, what it is, why it holds us back, and how an abundance mindset can help
[00:02:14] us break free. Buckle up. This is going to be an eye-opener. Let's start with a truth bomb.
[00:02:51] The scarcity mindset doesn't just pop up out of nowhere. It's often planted early, watered by
[00:02:58] societal norms, and nurtured by our own fears. From a young age, we're taught to measure success
[00:03:03] by how much we achieve, earn, or win. Think about school, where grades or awards often define our worth,
[00:03:10] or workplaces where promotions feel like a zero-sum game. And if someone else is winning?
[00:03:17] Well, that must mean there's less left for us. This mindset is subtly reinforced, making us feel like
[00:03:24] we're constantly in competition rather than collaboration. It's that voice urging us to
[00:03:31] cling to every opportunity out of fear, convincing us to overcommit and exhaust ourselves because saying no
[00:03:38] feels like losing something forever. These patterns show how fear-driven decisions dominate our choices,
[00:03:45] even when we're not fully aware of it. And it's not just personal. Scarcity thinking creeps into
[00:03:51] leadership too. Ever micromanaged a project out of fear it wouldn't meet your standards?
[00:03:57] These scarcity-driven tendencies, such as hesitating to delegate, can affect both our leadership
[00:04:02] and relationships. Scarcity thinking is exhausting. At its core, it's about fear. Fear of losing control,
[00:04:11] missing out, or not being enough. Living in that constant state of grasping and guarding drains our
[00:04:17] energy and stunts growth. Let's consider how this shows up in relationships and team dynamics.
[00:04:22] In relationships, scarcity thinking can make us overly guarded, unwilling to share ideas,
[00:04:28] or support because we fear losing our edge. It's the colleague who hesitates to collaborate,
[00:04:33] thinking if I help them shine, it might dim my own light. Or it's the leader who micromanages,
[00:04:40] not out of malice, but from a fear that trust will lead to failure. These patterns not only strain
[00:04:47] relationships, but also hinder growth and creativity for everyone involved.
[00:04:54] I've seen this play out in my own life. There was a time when I hesitated to invest in my personal
[00:04:59] growth. I think, this money could be better spent elsewhere, or do I really have the time for this?
[00:05:07] But looking back, I realized that holding onto that mindset kept me stuck, robbing me of the very growth
[00:05:13] I needed to move forward. Understanding these roots is the first step to abolishing them.
[00:05:20] When we see where these patterns come from, we can start rewriting the narrative. And that's the exciting part.
[00:05:27] Deciding that we're no longer going to let fear call the shots.
[00:05:31] So how do we shift from a mindset of fear and limitation to one of abundance and possibility?
[00:05:37] That's where we're headed next. Let's make this shift happen.
[00:05:41] Leadership is a mirror. It reflects the mindset of the person in charge.
[00:05:47] And when scarcity thinking creeps into leadership, it can ripple across teams, projects, and entire organizations.
[00:05:54] Scarcity-driven leadership often manifests in two key ways.
[00:05:59] Micromanagement and fear of collaboration.
[00:06:03] Micromanagement stems from the fear that things won't be done just right unless we're controlling every detail.
[00:06:10] Fear of collaboration, on the other hand, comes from a belief that sharing ideas or credit
[00:06:14] might undermine our authority or recognition.
[00:06:18] Sound familiar?
[00:06:19] I've experienced this firsthand.
[00:06:21] As a meticulous and detail-oriented leader, my motto has always been,
[00:06:26] the devil is in the details.
[00:06:28] For years, this mindset led me to hold onto tasks that I should have delegated.
[00:06:33] I'd find myself thinking,
[00:06:35] if I want this done right,
[00:06:37] I'll have to do it myself.
[00:06:39] It's not that I didn't trust my team.
[00:06:41] I just feared losing control of the outcome.
[00:06:45] But here's the reality.
[00:06:46] This approach wasn't just exhausting for me.
[00:06:49] It stunted the growth of my team.
[00:06:52] Shifting from scarcity to abundance in leadership was a game-changer.
[00:06:56] I started by reframing my role.
[00:06:59] Instead of seeing myself as the person responsible for every detail,
[00:07:03] I began to see myself as the enabler of others' success.
[00:07:07] This shift allowed me to trust my team,
[00:07:10] foster collaboration,
[00:07:12] and give others the space to shine.
[00:07:14] And the results were remarkable.
[00:07:17] Not only did my team members grow in confidence and skills,
[00:07:20] but I also found the freedom
[00:07:22] to focus on higher-level projects
[00:07:25] and other work
[00:07:26] that truly valued my time.
[00:07:28] Abundance isn't just for leadership.
[00:07:30] It applies to personal growth, too.
[00:07:33] Consider how scarcity thinking
[00:07:34] often limits personal development.
[00:07:37] Take the story of J.K. Rowling, for example.
[00:07:39] Before she became the world-renowned author of
[00:07:42] the Harry Potter series,
[00:07:44] she faced rejection after rejection,
[00:07:47] battling the fear
[00:07:48] that she lacked the resources to succeed.
[00:07:51] Yet,
[00:07:52] she saw writing as an investment in her future,
[00:07:55] and her persistence
[00:07:56] redefined her life.
[00:07:58] Or think about a personal anecdote.
[00:08:00] Have you ever hesitated
[00:08:02] to sign up for a class
[00:08:03] or pursue a hobby,
[00:08:04] thinking it was impractical or indulgent?
[00:08:07] Shifting to an abundance mindset
[00:08:09] means recognizing these pursuits
[00:08:11] not as luxuries,
[00:08:12] but as investments
[00:08:13] in our well-being and growth.
[00:08:15] As Albert Einstein once said,
[00:08:17] creativity is intelligence having fun.
[00:08:21] Embracing personal abundance
[00:08:22] fuels our future success
[00:08:24] and unlocks potential
[00:08:26] we didn't even know we had.
[00:08:28] So how can we embrace abundance
[00:08:30] as leaders and individuals?
[00:08:32] It starts with redefining
[00:08:34] how we view success.
[00:08:35] Success isn't about controlling
[00:08:37] every outcome.
[00:08:38] It's about thriving alongside others
[00:08:40] and celebrating collective wins.
[00:08:43] When we stop equating
[00:08:44] success with personal control,
[00:08:46] we free ourselves to focus
[00:08:48] on what truly matters.
[00:08:50] Growth,
[00:08:51] collaboration,
[00:08:52] and impact.
[00:08:54] Delegation plays a key role
[00:08:55] in this shift.
[00:08:56] By identifying tasks
[00:08:58] that align with our team members' strengths,
[00:09:01] setting clear expectations,
[00:09:02] and providing the right support,
[00:09:04] we create opportunities
[00:09:05] for others to take ownership and shine.
[00:09:08] Stepping back is challenging,
[00:09:09] but it's also liberating
[00:09:11] for both leaders and their teams.
[00:09:14] Finally,
[00:09:14] it's crucial to recognize
[00:09:16] the importance of balance.
[00:09:18] Creativity,
[00:09:19] hobbies,
[00:09:19] and well-being
[00:09:20] aren't just nice-to-haves.
[00:09:22] They're essential ingredients
[00:09:23] for a fulfilling life.
[00:09:25] When you make time
[00:09:26] for activities
[00:09:27] that fuel your energy,
[00:09:28] whether it's pursuing a passion,
[00:09:30] engaging in sports,
[00:09:32] or simply taking a moment
[00:09:33] to breathe,
[00:09:34] you approach challenges
[00:09:36] with a renewed perspective.
[00:09:38] Abundance
[00:09:39] is about embracing
[00:09:40] these moments
[00:09:40] and recognizing
[00:09:41] their power
[00:09:42] to enrich both our personal
[00:09:43] and professional lives.
[00:09:45] Abundance in leadership
[00:09:46] and life
[00:09:47] isn't just about trusting others.
[00:09:49] It's about creating a space
[00:09:50] where everyone,
[00:09:51] including ourselves,
[00:09:52] can thrive.
[00:09:54] And when we model this mindset,
[00:09:56] it becomes contagious,
[00:09:57] spreading positivity
[00:09:59] and possibility
[00:10:00] wherever we go.
[00:10:16] Shifting to an abundance mindset
[00:10:18] doesn't require
[00:10:18] a dramatic overhaul.
[00:10:20] In fact,
[00:10:21] it's often the small
[00:10:22] intentional practices
[00:10:23] that create
[00:10:24] the biggest shifts.
[00:10:25] Here are some practical steps
[00:10:27] to help us get started.
[00:10:29] Step 1.
[00:10:31] Gratitude as the foundation
[00:10:33] of abundance.
[00:10:35] Gratitude is one of the simplest,
[00:10:36] yet most powerful ways
[00:10:38] to foster abundance.
[00:10:39] It shifts our focus
[00:10:40] from what we lack
[00:10:41] to what we already have.
[00:10:43] A simple daily practice,
[00:10:45] like writing down
[00:10:47] three things we're grateful for,
[00:10:48] can rewire our perspective
[00:10:50] over time.
[00:10:51] And it doesn't have
[00:10:52] to be monumental.
[00:10:53] Even appreciating
[00:10:54] a morning cup of coffee
[00:10:55] or a kind word
[00:10:56] from a colleague
[00:10:57] can make a difference.
[00:10:59] Step 2.
[00:11:00] Reframing challenges
[00:11:01] as opportunities.
[00:11:03] Life throws curveballs.
[00:11:05] That's a given.
[00:11:06] But what if,
[00:11:08] instead of seeing them
[00:11:09] as obstacles,
[00:11:10] we saw them
[00:11:10] as opportunities to grow?
[00:11:12] For example,
[00:11:14] a tough project at work
[00:11:15] isn't just a challenge.
[00:11:16] It's a chance
[00:11:17] to develop new skills
[00:11:18] or build stronger relationships
[00:11:20] with our team.
[00:11:21] Reframing takes practice,
[00:11:23] but it's a powerful tool
[00:11:24] to move from limitation
[00:11:26] to possibility.
[00:11:28] Step 3.
[00:11:29] Daily practices
[00:11:30] for abundance thinking.
[00:11:33] Building an abundance mindset
[00:11:34] is like exercising a muscle.
[00:11:36] It takes consistency.
[00:11:39] Here are a few
[00:11:40] manageable habits to try.
[00:11:42] Start the day
[00:11:42] with a positive statement,
[00:11:44] like,
[00:11:45] I have enough time
[00:11:46] and resources
[00:11:46] to succeed today.
[00:11:48] Instead of a to-do list,
[00:11:50] create a plenty list
[00:11:51] at the end of the day.
[00:11:52] A record of what we accomplished,
[00:11:54] no matter how small.
[00:11:56] Pause during the day
[00:11:57] to acknowledge
[00:11:58] the abundance around us,
[00:11:59] a supportive colleague,
[00:12:00] a productive meeting,
[00:12:01] or even a moment of peace.
[00:12:03] We end the practices
[00:12:05] with step 4.
[00:12:07] Focusing on what
[00:12:08] we can control.
[00:12:11] Abundance thinking
[00:12:11] doesn't mean
[00:12:12] ignoring challenges.
[00:12:13] It's about focusing
[00:12:14] our energy
[00:12:15] on what we can influence
[00:12:16] rather than
[00:12:17] what's beyond our control.
[00:12:18] By channeling our efforts
[00:12:21] into actionable steps,
[00:12:22] we're more likely
[00:12:23] to see progress
[00:12:24] and feel empowered.
[00:12:25] These steps
[00:12:26] aren't about perfection.
[00:12:28] They're about progress.
[00:12:30] By incorporating
[00:12:31] these practices
[00:12:31] into our daily lives,
[00:12:33] we can gradually shift
[00:12:34] from a mindset of scarcity
[00:12:35] to one of abundance,
[00:12:37] unlocking new possibilities
[00:12:39] along the way.
[00:12:40] Whenever we consider
[00:12:41] making a significant shift,
[00:12:43] like adopting
[00:12:44] an abundance mindset,
[00:12:46] there are bound to be
[00:12:46] challenges and misconceptions
[00:12:47] along the way.
[00:12:49] It's natural.
[00:12:50] After all,
[00:12:51] we're trying to unlearn
[00:12:52] years of conditioned thinking.
[00:12:54] One of the most
[00:12:55] common hurdles
[00:12:56] is skepticism.
[00:12:58] It's easy to think
[00:12:59] this abundant stuff
[00:13:01] sounds too good
[00:13:02] to be true,
[00:13:03] especially when life
[00:13:04] throws constant
[00:13:05] challenges our way.
[00:13:07] This skepticism
[00:13:08] often stems
[00:13:09] from fear of change,
[00:13:10] a deeply rooted hesitation
[00:13:12] to let go
[00:13:13] of what feels familiar,
[00:13:15] even if it's
[00:13:16] limiting us.
[00:13:17] Then there's impatience.
[00:13:19] We want results,
[00:13:20] and we want them now.
[00:13:23] Shifting to an
[00:13:24] abundance mindset,
[00:13:25] however,
[00:13:26] isn't an overnight
[00:13:26] transformation.
[00:13:27] It's a process,
[00:13:29] one that requires
[00:13:30] consistent effort
[00:13:31] and trust
[00:13:31] in the journey.
[00:13:32] Another misconception
[00:13:33] is that abundance
[00:13:34] is all about
[00:13:35] material wealth.
[00:13:36] While financial security
[00:13:38] can be a byproduct,
[00:13:40] true abundance
[00:13:40] is about so much more.
[00:13:42] It's about feeling
[00:13:43] rich in relationships,
[00:13:44] opportunities,
[00:13:46] personal growth,
[00:13:46] and moments of joy.
[00:13:49] Oprah Winfrey,
[00:13:50] a notable advocate
[00:13:52] of gratitude
[00:13:53] and abundance,
[00:13:54] once said,
[00:13:55] be thankful
[00:13:55] for what you have.
[00:13:57] You'll end up
[00:13:58] having more.
[00:14:00] If you concentrate
[00:14:01] on what you don't have,
[00:14:03] you will never,
[00:14:04] ever have enough.
[00:14:06] This mindset highlights
[00:14:07] the real essence
[00:14:08] of abundance,
[00:14:09] appreciating what's
[00:14:10] already within our grasp.
[00:14:12] So,
[00:14:12] how do we overcome
[00:14:14] these challenges?
[00:14:15] The key lies
[00:14:17] in reframing
[00:14:17] our perspective
[00:14:18] and taking small,
[00:14:19] consistent steps.
[00:14:21] Start by acknowledging
[00:14:22] skepticism
[00:14:23] as a normal part
[00:14:24] of change.
[00:14:25] But don't let it
[00:14:26] take the wheel.
[00:14:27] When fear of change
[00:14:28] arises,
[00:14:29] remind yourself
[00:14:30] of times when
[00:14:31] stepping out
[00:14:31] of your comfort zone
[00:14:32] led to growth.
[00:14:33] Patience, too,
[00:14:34] can be cultivated
[00:14:35] through simple practices.
[00:14:37] Treat the shift
[00:14:38] to abundance
[00:14:38] as a journey
[00:14:39] rather than a destination.
[00:14:40] celebration.
[00:14:42] Celebrate small wins
[00:14:43] along the way,
[00:14:44] like noticing a moment
[00:14:45] of gratitude
[00:14:46] or letting go
[00:14:47] of a limiting belief.
[00:14:49] These moments,
[00:14:50] however small,
[00:14:51] are proof
[00:14:52] that progress
[00:14:53] is happening.
[00:14:54] And when it comes
[00:14:55] to misconceptions
[00:14:56] about material wealth,
[00:14:57] it helps to redefine
[00:14:58] what success looks like.
[00:15:00] Focus on building
[00:15:01] connections,
[00:15:02] savoring experiences,
[00:15:04] and finding fulfillment
[00:15:05] in everyday moments.
[00:15:06] This broader view
[00:15:07] of abundance
[00:15:08] is far more
[00:15:09] sustainable
[00:15:09] and rewarding
[00:15:10] than chasing
[00:15:11] external markers
[00:15:12] of success.
[00:15:28] Abundance and mindfulness
[00:15:29] are two sides
[00:15:30] of the same coin.
[00:15:32] At its core,
[00:15:34] an abundance mindset
[00:15:35] thrives on presence,
[00:15:37] on being fully engaged
[00:15:38] in the here
[00:15:39] and now.
[00:15:41] After all,
[00:15:42] how can we appreciate
[00:15:43] what we have
[00:15:44] if we're too busy
[00:15:45] worrying about
[00:15:46] what we don't?
[00:15:46] A great example
[00:15:47] of this connection
[00:15:48] comes from
[00:15:49] John Kabat-Zinn,
[00:15:50] the founder of
[00:15:51] Mindfulness-Based
[00:15:52] Stress Reduction.
[00:15:53] He emphasizes
[00:15:54] that mindfulness
[00:15:55] isn't about
[00:15:56] escaping life's
[00:15:56] difficulties,
[00:15:57] but about
[00:15:58] facing them
[00:15:59] with clarity
[00:16:00] and compassion.
[00:16:01] In the same way,
[00:16:02] abundance isn't
[00:16:03] about denying
[00:16:04] challenges,
[00:16:04] but about choosing
[00:16:06] to see opportunities
[00:16:07] amidst them.
[00:16:08] Personally,
[00:16:09] I've found
[00:16:09] that incorporating
[00:16:11] mindfulness
[00:16:11] into my day-to-day
[00:16:12] life amplifies
[00:16:13] feelings of abundance.
[00:16:15] Think about
[00:16:16] the simple act
[00:16:17] of choosing
[00:16:18] one moment
[00:16:19] in your day
[00:16:20] to pause
[00:16:21] and breathe,
[00:16:22] a mindful breath
[00:16:23] where you do
[00:16:24] nothing but focus
[00:16:25] on its rhythm.
[00:16:27] This isn't about
[00:16:28] fixing something
[00:16:29] or completing a task.
[00:16:30] It's about
[00:16:31] experiencing the
[00:16:32] present fully.
[00:16:33] For instance,
[00:16:34] the next time
[00:16:35] you're eating,
[00:16:36] try slowing down
[00:16:37] and noticing
[00:16:38] the textures,
[00:16:39] flavors,
[00:16:39] and sensations
[00:16:40] with each bite.
[00:16:41] And I'll be honest,
[00:16:43] this is one
[00:16:43] I'm still learning
[00:16:44] myself,
[00:16:45] as I tend to
[00:16:46] eat quickly
[00:16:47] no matter
[00:16:47] what's on my
[00:16:48] schedule.
[00:16:49] But when I do
[00:16:50] manage to slow
[00:16:51] down,
[00:16:51] it transforms
[00:16:52] the experience,
[00:16:53] turning something
[00:16:54] routine into
[00:16:55] a moment to
[00:16:56] remember.
[00:16:57] This practice
[00:16:58] connects us
[00:16:58] to the moment,
[00:16:59] reminds us
[00:17:00] of abundance
[00:17:01] in the simplest
[00:17:01] acts,
[00:17:02] and reinforces
[00:17:03] the idea
[00:17:03] that mindfulness
[00:17:04] is a pathway
[00:17:05] to experiencing
[00:17:06] richness
[00:17:06] in everyday life.
[00:17:08] Mindfulness
[00:17:09] also helps us
[00:17:10] cultivate gratitude,
[00:17:11] my personal
[00:17:12] favorite.
[00:17:13] Gratitude is
[00:17:14] the foundation
[00:17:14] of abundance.
[00:17:15] By being present,
[00:17:16] we notice
[00:17:17] things we might
[00:17:18] otherwise overlook.
[00:17:20] A kind gesture
[00:17:21] from a colleague,
[00:17:22] the laughter
[00:17:22] of a friend,
[00:17:23] or the beauty
[00:17:24] of a sunset.
[00:17:25] These moments
[00:17:26] remind us
[00:17:27] that abundance
[00:17:28] is often found
[00:17:29] in the simplest
[00:17:30] things.
[00:17:31] When we combine
[00:17:32] mindfulness
[00:17:32] with abundance
[00:17:33] thinking,
[00:17:33] we create
[00:17:34] a powerful
[00:17:34] feedback loop.
[00:17:36] Being present
[00:17:37] enhances our
[00:17:37] appreciation
[00:17:38] for what we have,
[00:17:39] and appreciating
[00:17:40] what we have
[00:17:41] deepens our
[00:17:42] ability to stay
[00:17:43] present.
[00:17:43] This cycle
[00:17:44] not only fosters
[00:17:45] gratitude,
[00:17:46] but also
[00:17:47] builds resilience,
[00:17:48] helping us
[00:17:49] navigate life's
[00:17:50] ups and downs
[00:17:51] with greater ease.
[00:17:52] As we come
[00:17:53] to the end
[00:17:54] of today's episode,
[00:17:56] let's take a moment
[00:17:57] to recap the journey
[00:17:58] we've been on.
[00:17:59] We started
[00:18:00] by exploring
[00:18:00] the roots
[00:18:01] of scarcity
[00:18:01] thinking
[00:18:02] and how it
[00:18:02] holds us back.
[00:18:04] Then explored
[00:18:05] actionable strategies
[00:18:06] to embrace abundance,
[00:18:08] from leadership
[00:18:09] and personal growth
[00:18:10] to practical
[00:18:11] daily practices.
[00:18:12] Finally,
[00:18:13] we connected
[00:18:14] the dots
[00:18:14] between abundance
[00:18:15] and mindfulness,
[00:18:17] discovering how
[00:18:17] presence amplifies
[00:18:18] gratitude
[00:18:19] and joy.
[00:18:21] Reflecting on
[00:18:22] my own journey,
[00:18:23] I can say that
[00:18:23] shifting to
[00:18:24] an abundance
[00:18:25] mindset
[00:18:26] has been one
[00:18:27] of the most
[00:18:27] transformative
[00:18:28] changes I've
[00:18:29] made.
[00:18:29] It's not about
[00:18:30] being perfect
[00:18:31] or having it
[00:18:32] all figured out.
[00:18:33] It's about
[00:18:33] showing up
[00:18:34] each day
[00:18:34] with a
[00:18:35] commitment
[00:18:36] to see
[00:18:36] possibilities,
[00:18:37] trust the
[00:18:38] process,
[00:18:39] and celebrate
[00:18:40] progress
[00:18:40] no matter
[00:18:41] how small.
[00:18:42] So,
[00:18:43] I encourage
[00:18:44] each of you
[00:18:44] to take
[00:18:45] that first
[00:18:45] step.
[00:18:46] Maybe it's
[00:18:47] starting a
[00:18:47] gratitude
[00:18:48] journal,
[00:18:48] embracing
[00:18:49] a new
[00:18:49] challenge,
[00:18:50] or simply
[00:18:51] pausing
[00:18:51] to savor
[00:18:52] a small
[00:18:52] moment
[00:18:52] of joy
[00:18:53] today.
[00:18:54] Remember,
[00:18:55] abundance
[00:18:56] isn't something
[00:18:57] we find,
[00:18:58] it's something
[00:18:59] we cultivate.
[00:19:00] Thank you
[00:19:00] for joining
[00:19:01] me on this
[00:19:01] journey.
[00:19:02] If you
[00:19:03] found today's
[00:19:03] episode
[00:19:04] insightful,
[00:19:04] please don't
[00:19:05] forget to
[00:19:06] like,
[00:19:06] subscribe,
[00:19:07] and comment.
[00:19:09] I'd love
[00:19:09] to hear
[00:19:10] your
[00:19:10] thoughts,
[00:19:10] and who
[00:19:11] knows,
[00:19:11] maybe this
[00:19:12] episode will
[00:19:13] resonate with
[00:19:14] someone you
[00:19:14] share it
[00:19:15] with.
[00:19:16] Until next
[00:19:16] time,
[00:19:17] take care
[00:19:17] of yourself,
[00:19:19] notice the
[00:19:19] small joys
[00:19:20] around you,
[00:19:21] and keep on
[00:19:21] the lookout
[00:19:22] for those
[00:19:22] moments of
[00:19:23] abundance
[00:19:23] in your
[00:19:24] own way.
